Bring on the Turtles!

Hiding in your shell-by the nature nut-John Acorn.
Way back in the triasist, in the days when the turtles had teeth, around the same time as the first dinasares & the mammals are underneath.
They didn't see much need to change for the last two hundrend fifty million years. But still they had their fears... pancake tortoise. Argintine snakeneck. Yellow spotted Amazon. Yellow back sawback. Red Eared Slider. Diamondback terrapin. The turtles got it right a long time ago- it's not their fault that their change is slow. They got a great design & thems the facts. I tell you life ain't easy when your shell gets waxed.
Hay you- you hiding in your shell with your sleepy dispostion- you seem to do real well. Nothing bothers you-not much I can see. Just one little question- got any room in there for me?

Some folks think they are all the same so it may appear. Tell that to the sidenecks in the southern hempshere. Turtles rule they always will. Their laughing at you- looking out of their shell. Folks say they are snappy- but I say it's not true. I tell ya life ai't easy for a turtle named Stew.
