VFW 6841 NEWSLETTER LOWELL, IN CHARTERED MAY 25, 1946 June, 2008 Dear Comrades I would like to thank all of you for the help you have given the Post. Our Post is in fine shape and things are going well. We allowed the Little League and the girls softball league to be held here. We are making changes at the Post as prices go higher, and the gas situation is at an all time high. Money is scarce as the dollar goes in the gas tank. Everyone is welcome at our 2nd tuesday Officers meeting at 7:00 PM. Wehave new fryers for our fish fry so come out on Friday's from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Our next regular meeting wil be May 27th at 7:00 PM. This is the last Tuesday of the month. The next Officers meeting will be June 10th at 7:00 PM. All are welcome. There wil be a joint installation of Officers of the Post and Ladies Auxiliary held on Sunday June 1st, Cocktails at 4:00 PM, dinner at 5:00 PM. The June regular meeting will be June 24th at 7:00 PM.
